1. What is the surface treatment of your welded pipes?
Common surface treatments include galvanizing (hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing), painting, anti-rust oil coating, passivation (for stainless steel pipes) and pickling. Galvanized pipes have good corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor use; painted pipes can be customized according to color requirements.
2. Can you provide custom-made welded pipes?
Yes. We support full customization, including material, diameter, wall thickness, length, surface treatment, pressure grade and other parameters. You only need to provide your specific requirements, and we will design and produce accordingly.
3. What is the delivery time for welded pipes?
For standard specifications, the delivery time is 7-15 working days. For customized products or large orders (more than 100 tons), the delivery time is 20-30 working days, depending on the production schedule and order quantity.
4. Do you provide samples?
Yes. We can provide free samples (1-2 pieces) for your test, but you need to bear the shipping cost. The sample delivery time is 3-5 working days.
5. What is the packaging of your welded pipes?
We use standard export packaging: 1) Small diameter pipes: bundled with steel strips, wrapped with waterproof plastic film; 2) Large diameter pipes: wrapped with waterproof paper or plastic film, supported by wooden brackets to prevent damage during transportation. We can also customize packaging according to your requirements.
